JSC "Dorstroymontazhtrest" is one of the leaders of the construction industry of the Republic of Belarus. One of the activities of "Dorstroymontazhtrest" is the development of design and estimate documentation, forces of the branch "Design Bureau at the Minsk plant."
The company is certified by the republican unitary enterprise "Belstroytsentr" and has certificates of compliance to carry out the following activities:
Engineering surveys for objects of the first to fourth grades of difficulty;
- Development of pre (pre-investment) documentation;
- Acting as the general designer;
- Development of design documentation for construction projects of the first to fourth grades of:

- Internal engineering equipment, internal network and systems (heat and water supply, sewerage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, I, electricity, electrical, lighting, communications, radio and television);

- Technological solutions;
- Environmental, engineering civil defense measures, measures for prevention of emergency situations, fire safety, organization of construction.
